Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the order being placed. This may increase during busy periods; however, this will be indicated on the homepage of our website.
SHIPPING METHOD
Products ordered from us will be delivered by Royal Mail First class
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@belindastreasures.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

MISSING ITEMS
We always endeavour to pack your orders accurately and in full, however if you should notice that an item is missing from your parcel, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt, to advise us of the shortfall so we can investigate.
